Job summary

Hermès Singapore (Retail) PTE LTD is seeking a senior Jewelry expert to lead high-value client relationships and elevate the Jewelry métier. You will coach the team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and participate in events, trunk shows, and private appointments to drive sales and brand storytelling.

The role requires deep gemology knowledge, strong presentation skills, and a passion for Hermes heritage and savoir-faire in a luxury retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of luxury jewelry retail experience.
• Expertise in gemology and jewelry craftsmanship.
• Strong storytelling and presentation capabilities.
• VIC development and high jewelry consultation skills.
• Ability to participate in events and clienteling initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised client experiences reflecting Hermès standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with VIC and high-potential clients.
• Coach Sales Associates and lead jewellery knowledge sharing.
• Represent the Jewelry métier in events, activations and PR initiatives.
• Share market insights to support business decisions and growth.
• Lead and participate in clienteling, events and expert communities.
