You will coordinate calendars for senior stakeholders and craft effective outreach to secure client meetings. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales coordination, strong documentation skills, and experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshsales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales coordination or commercial support.
• Experience contacting potential clients and coordinating appointments for a sales team.
• Business-level Japanese to liaise with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.
• Proven experience supporting sales, business development, or client relations.

Responsibilities

• Organise and execute outbound business development campaigns across Asia for banks and asset managers.
• Identify and maintain targeted prospect databases to support regional growth.
• Draft outreach communications to secure client meetings and track engagement.
• Maintain regional sales pipeline and opportunities in CRM.
• Coordinate Managing Director's calendar and daily schedule.
• Prepare meeting briefs, agendas, and materials ahead of client engagements.
