Startale Group is expanding its institutional sales in Japan. You will build relationships with major financial institutions and enterprises, translating client needs into our roadmap for Startale Onchain Finance Kit.

Based in Tokyo as an independent contractor, you will shape the go‑to‑market with cross‑functional teams and pursue high-value opportunities leveraging blockchain infrastructure expertise.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in traditional finance sales or related roles.
• Proven ability to originate and close new business with large clients.
• Experience selling complex technology/infrastructure to enterprises.
• Strong network with senior finance and technology stakeholders in Japan.
• Native Japanese language skills; business-level English.

Responsibilities

• Establish institutional sales strategy for Startale products in Japan.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Japanese institutions.
• Execute commercial agreements for Startale Onchain Finance Kit.
• Form strategic partnerships with leading Japanese financial players.
• Translate client needs into product roadmap and drive growth.
