Job summary

Starts Singapore is seeking a committed Sales & Customer Executive to grow our market share of Japanese clientele. You will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build strong relationships with clients and executives to expand our clientele portfolio and drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate with Tokyo Head Office on sales reports and referrals while delivering exceptional customer service and negotiating contracts to close deals.

Qualifications

• Fluent verbal and written Japanese (JLPT N1) required to manage relationships with Japanese clients.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year related experience in sales/customer service.
• Ability to work independently with strong interpersonal skills.
• Team player with customer-oriented approach.
• Strong sales negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a growth strategy focused on expanding Japanese client base and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and provide service excellence.
• Coordinate with senior management for sales reports and referrals.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth.
• Support after-sales activities and address client feedback.
• Promote the company’s services to meet client objectives.
