Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years HSSEQ experience.
• At least 5 years in a senior regional or multi-site leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the APAC HSSEQ strategy with senior leadership buy-in.
• Maintain compliance with global HSSEQ policies across all locations in APAC.
• Lead incident management, investigations, and corrective actions across projects.
• Oversee internal audits and support external ISO audits (ISO 9001/ISO 45001/ISO 14001).
• Build and develop the regional HSSE team and succession plans.
• Deliver HSSEQ training programs and promote a data-led safety culture.
