Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in multicultural organisations.
• Demonstrated familiarity with the APAC regional safety arena.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to drive continuous improvement in health and safety programs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across APAC locations.
• Develop, maintain, and support EH&S programs, policies, and procedures with audits and consultations.
• Provide leadership to stakeholders to evaluate and reduce risk through health, safety, and environmental practices.
• Coordinate reviews of follow-up actions and track corrective items to closure.
• Guide prevention and risk-reduction programs to improve safety and health.
• Communicate program direction and performance metrics to management.
• Benchmark and improve safety practices across the organization.
• Train and mentor subject matter experts in safety practices and processes.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and performance requirements.
• Handle confidential information and operate in a need-to-know environment.
