Job summary

ROSA ROSSA PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a friendly Service Crew member for our Japanese izakaya in the Orchard or Bugis area.

No prior F&B experience is required, and training is provided to help you grow with the team. Responsibilities include welcoming and seating guests, taking orders, serving food and drinks, handling payments, keeping areas clean, and collaborating with kitchen and service staff to ensure a great dining experience.

Qualifications

• No prior F&B experience required.
• Able to communicate in both English and Chinese to serve our English- and Chinese-speaking customers.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Customer-oriented and reliable.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Able to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests
• Take food and beverage orders
• Serve food and beverages efficiently
• Explain menu items and assist guests with their orders
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant
• Handle billing and payment transactions
• Work closely with kitchen and service team members
• Ensure guests enjoy a positive dining experience
