Job summary

ROSA ROSSA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Izakaya Chef to join our Japanese restaurant team in the Orchard or Bugis area.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional Japanese kitchen experience and expertise in either sashimi preparation or charcoal grilling. The role includes preparing and cooking Japanese izakaya dishes, ensuring food quality, and assisting with stock preparation.
