Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining IT asset records and lifecycle processes.
• Provide user support and onboarding for ITSM tools such as ServiceNow.
• Coordinate and generate regular ITSM metric and KPI reports.
