Job summary

NETS is seeking a motivated ITSM Intern to support IT service management processes, tools, and reporting. You will work on asset management, ITSM tool support, and analytics within a hands-on internship environment in Singapore.

The role requires pursuing a degree in IT/CS with a basic ITIL understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Start from January to June 2027, full-time.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Basic understanding of ITSM principles (ITIL).
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate IT asset records and lifecycle data.
• Support end-to-end asset lifecycle processes, including procurement and disposal.
• Conduct asset inventory checks and reconciliations.
• Assist in tracking software licenses and compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and service desk teams on asset requests.
• Participate in IT Asset Management projects and ITSM initiatives.
• Provide ITSM tool support and user onboarding (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Coordinate reporting on ITSM metrics and KPIs; assist data analysis.
