Job summary

Ad Astra Consultants is seeking a ServiceNow IT Operations & Asset Management specialist with over seven years of overall experience and up to four years of ServiceNow experience, to support ITSM, EAM, FSM, ITAM and ITOM domains in a dynamic environment.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize workflows, ensure operational stability, and drive automation through ServiceNow modules including CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping and Event Management.

Qualifications

• Total experience: 7+ years overall.
• ServiceNow experience: Up to 4 years.
• Experience in ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB.
• Experience with EAM including asset lifecycle, RFID, maintenance planning and workflow automation.
• Experience with FSM including field agent management and task execution tracking.
• Experience managing ITAM for hardware and software assets.
• Experience ITOM functions including Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management.

Responsibilities
