Job summary

Institute for Human Resource Professionals (IHRP) in Singapore is hiring a Senior Manager, Transformation Office on a 1-year contract with potential renewal. The role leads IT projects and operations, ensuring delivery of applications and productivity tools aligned with business goals.

You will oversee vendor relationships, manage sprint ceremonies, and drive end-to-end project governance under an Agile framework, with a focus on 24x7 service readiness and compliance with delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Enterprise Application Project Management.
• Demonstrated leadership with teams.
• Familiar with large-scale IT ecosystems.
• Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in project life cycles and Agile/DevOps.
• PMP and ITIL certifications preferred.
• Familiar with Jira knowledge management platform is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day technology operations and project application deliveries.
• Ensure end-to-end service delivery and management of applications and productivity tools.
• Lead large-scale, greenfield system implementations from initiation to go-live.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritisation, and sprint retrospectives under an Agile delivery framework.
• Oversee incident, problem, and change management and production readiness.
• Liaise with vendor and internal teams to ensure milestones and quality.
