Job summary

SF Technologies Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead regional IT and digital initiatives on a 9-month contract. You will own projects end-to-end from ideation to closure, coordinating with stakeholders, IT teams, sponsors and vendors across time zones.

The role requires five-plus years in IT project management, delivery of IT/digital implementations, and experience in multinational, matrix environments with Agile practices. Strong English skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience delivering IT and/or digital implementation projects.
• Experience managing projects or programmes involving multiple business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience in a regional or global environment with offshore teams.
• Experience working in a matrix organisation and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience managing external teams, vendors or resources across locations.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies.
• Strong governance, risk management and escalation capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities concurrently and drive to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Own scope, schedule, budget, resources and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across countries and time zones.
• Deliver projects in line with programme strategy and PMO governance.
• Maintain project plans, budgets, milestones and tracking.
• Identify risks and issues and establish mitigation plans.
• Handle escalations with clear recommendations.
• Organise and chair project meetings and workshops.
• Coordinate dependencies between regional projects.
• Collaborate with sponsors and IT leadership to align with business objectives.
• Manage external, offshore and distributed project teams when required.
• Ensure delivery conforms to quality standards and processes.
