Job summary

IPOS International in Singapore seeks an Assistant Director (Infrastructure & Cloud Operations) to lead a lean two-person team, balancing governance with hands-on delivery in hybrid environments.

You will drive cloud-first initiatives, manage cloud foundations, migration support, and vendor coordination while ensuring resilience, cost governance, and operational discipline.

Collaborate with Cybersecurity and governance teams to align strategy with regulatory requirements and business needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant infrastructure operations experience in hybrid/cloud environments.
• Hands‑on cloud experience with AWS and/or Azure and cost optimisation.
• Experience with cloud migrations in vendor-managed environments.
• Solid knowledge of enterprise networking, Windows/Linux servers, and storage.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day infrastructure operations across hybrid environments, including network, compute, storage, and backup.
• Perform configuration changes, troubleshooting, deployment, patching oversight, and validation.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting; drive service improvement via standardisation and automation.
• Act as escalation point for incidents, problems and changes, reducing recurring issues.
• Collaborate on cloud migration activities and ensure stability post-transition.
• Oversee EUC/endpoint management and license inventory.
