• Conducting regular checks and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance of technical equipment.
• Providing on-site assistance with hardware and software use and addressing technical issues faced by clients or customers.
• Carrying out diagnostic tests and analyses to identify roots of technical issues.
• Liaising with team members and communicating with stakeholders in layman's terms to assess needs and system requirements.
• Recording and documenting instances of hardware failure, repair, installation and removal.
• Staying up to date with technical developments and advancements in allied fields.
