Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have basic IT/computer knowledge.
• Nitec or IT certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical and technical tasks of equipment.
• Assist technicians in installing, troubleshooting and maintaining servers, network equipment and cabling.
• Move and rack equipment.
• Replace failing hardware components when needed.
• Use hardware/software tools to support tasks.
