Job summary

SINGAPORE G PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Assistant to support IT infrastructure operations. You will monitor system performance, maintain hardware/software, and provide user technical support. The ideal candidate has a diploma in IT and 3 years of experience.

The position offers a salary ranging from S$2,500 to S$3,500 monthly, plus medical and dental benefits. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, with alternate Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Experience with security, CCTV, and access control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system performance and ensure network security.
• Maintain hardware, software, and internal IT infrastructure.
• Provide remote and onsite technical support to employees.
