Job summary

JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Manager / Assistant Manager (Systems Engineering) to lead the IT team in Jurong and drive daily operations and project delivery.

You will design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, coordinate with headquarters, and ensure secure, reliable networks and systems. Salary up to SGD 4,500–5,000 per month; standard hours Mon–Fri, with full-time commitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the IT team and oversee daily IT operations, infrastructure, and project implementation.
• Coordinate with headquarters and internal stakeholders on IT-related matters.
• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, systems, and networks.
• Manage IT projects, identify risks, and improve operational processes.
• Support the Sales team by reviewing tender requirements and system network designs.
• Support Project Engineers with the setup and configuration of network equipment, including IP cameras, servers, storage, switches, routers, workstations, and other IT devices.
• Support Service Engineers in troubleshooting and resolving network hardware and software issues.
• Administer and maintain the organization's network infrastructure, ensuring security and reliability.
• Manage IT systems, including servers, storage, and software applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for internal users.
