Job summary

GP Hotel Management Pte. Ltd. is seeking a motivated IT professional to join our Singapore headquarters overseeing 25 hotels. This role offers an attractive bonus and exposure to a dynamic hotel tech ecosystem.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, networks and servers, set up peripherals, perform security updates, maintain inventories, back up data, and coordinate with external vendors. A Diploma in Computer Studies/Science and at least 1 year of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Min 1 year of experience in related field.
• Min. Diploma in Computer Studies/Science or related field
• Possess sound knowledge and experience in networking infrastructures and web architectures

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and provide technical support to users on hardware peripherals, software, networks, servers and business applications
• Setting up computer hardware peripherals and performing server installations, administration and maintenance when required
• Ensure all hardware peripherals are updated/ installed with latest security patches/ antivirus to prevent security risks
• Hardware and software inventory upkeep to ensure inventory accuracy
• Performing and monitoring daily data backup
• Liaising with external parties on IT issues and purchases
• Provide 24/7 offsite support on a rotational basis
• Any other duties as assigned
