Job summary

• 3–7 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong IT knowledge with maintenance of IT systems.

• Resourceful, self‑motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of systems to ensure availability and performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and enhance the system.
• Oversee user support and act as primary contact for issues.
• Identify requirements and propose improvement solutions.
• Translate requirements to vendors and ensure clear understanding.
• Manage vendors for development and maintenance, with quality delivery.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to support decision making.
• Provide project management support including progress, resources & risk.
• Provide incident management planning and execution.
