Job summary

First Tel Tech PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Systems & Cloud Engineer to support managed IT services and deployment projects for SME customers.

The role covers Microsoft 365, Windows Server, cloud services, backup, endpoint security, monitoring, and IT infrastructure tasks. The engineer will troubleshoot, implement, document, and improve customer environments while coordinating with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and deliver reliable services.

Qualifications

2–3 years of IT infrastructure or systems support experience.
Experience supporting SME customers or managed services.
Able to handle both support and project deployment work.
Willing to work overtime per project needs.
Independent worker with customer-facing skills.
Willing to visit on-site customer sites.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support for customer IT environments including PCs, servers, and security.
Deploy and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams).
Assist with Intune device enrolment and policy deployment.
Manage Windows Server Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, patching.
Assist in server, cloud, and email migrations and backups.
Monitor backups and security alerts with tools like Zabbix or PRTG.
Prepare documentation, handover notes, and service reports.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
Support cybersecurity improvement tasks and audits.
