Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT support professional for a client that delivers maritime energy solutions.

The role focuses on administering Microsoft 365 services, deploying Intune, Defender, and security/compliance features to support a user base of over 100 end users in a dynamic environment. You will provide Level 2 support, lead IT infrastructure projects, and translate technical issues into clear communications for non-technical stakeholders while maintaining robust firewall,

Qualifications

• Certified in Microsoft 365 Administrator and/or Azure Administrator (MS-102/AZ-104).
• At least 3 years of L1 & L2 support within mid-sized/larger companies.
• Proficiency with M365 admin tools and endpoint management platforms like Intune.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity essentials and best practices for corporate IT environments.
