Job summary

TELE-CENTRE SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced System Engineer to own the organisation's infrastructure, cloud, network, security monitoring, and Microsoft 365 environment.

The role covers AWS cloud infrastructure, network, SIEM/security monitoring, backup, and endpoint/infrastructure services. You will design, deploy, monitor, and improve as part of a hands-on IT team working with IT Managers and vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field is required.
• 3–7+ years of relevant experience in systems/infrastructure engineering or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and security monitoring.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and security controls such as MFA/conditional access.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure (EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS).
• Administer and monitor SIEM/security monitoring platform and log analysis.
• Manage Windows servers, virtualization, storage, backup and DR processes.
• Implement network infrastructure controls, security, monitoring and cost optimisation.
