Job summary

Capgemini Singapore is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to drive requirements for complex IT initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders across business, ICT and external partners, documenting functional and non-functional needs and shaping product backlogs.

The role emphasizes agile delivery, rigorous testing, and clear communication. You will contribute to multi-disciplinary teams, translate business needs into technical specifications, and ensure delivery excellence.

Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as business analyst or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business/Data Analytics or related discipline preferred
Strong planning, communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience coordinating across vendors and internal teams
Experience in driving product development through Agile SDLC and testing practices
Experience in using automation tools for testing

Responsibilities

Engage stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements
Identify system enhancement opportunities and translate business needs into BRDs
Review plans, manage backlogs, and collaborate with stakeholders and ICT providers
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts across frontend, backend, and integrations
Validate enhancements, track defects, ensure project delivery
Provide regular updates on testing progress and backlog status
