Job summary

RAPSYS TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT System/Business Analyst to work with business stakeholders, vendors, and ICT teams to gather requirements, analyze needs, manage system enhancements, and support Agile project delivery.

The role includes driving testing activities, maintaining backlogs, and coordinating maintenance initiatives to deliver effective business solutions. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of BA/Systems Analyst experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering, business process mapping, and testing.
• Experience in Agile and SDLC environments.

Responsibilities

• Engage stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into business requirements specifications and process flows.
• Identify opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Manage product backlogs and support Agile delivery activities.
• Coordinate with business users, vendors, and ICT teams on maintenance and enhancements.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
• Track, manage, and resolve defects through to closure.
• Validate delivered solutions against business requirements and expectations.
• Support project coordination, resource tracking, change requests, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide regular status updates on project progress, testing, enhancements, and operational issues.
