Job summary

IT Consultancy & Services Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned business analyst to gather requirements, model processes, and prepare detailed specifications. You will bridge end-users, the solution team and vendor to ensure alignment and success.

Responsibilities include crafting functional specs, configuring product setups, designing test scenarios and supporting integrated testing before user acceptance testing, as well as planning timelines and coordinating with vendors.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in the user environment.
• Knowledge of SDLC cycle and implementation.
• Experience leveraging AI/ML concepts, automation and analytics to enhance system performance and support intelligent decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements, model processes, and prepare requirement specifications.
• Act as communicator between end-users, the solution team and vendor.
• Prepare Functional specification, product/ system configuration setup, test scenarios and integrated testing before user acceptance testing.
• Plan and manage assigned projects or enhancements’ timeline and vendor management.
