Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance and maintain the IT platform, focusing on new functionalities and performance optimization.
• Improve ramework architecture and communication protocols (AS2, POP3/SMTP, SFTP, FTP) to ensure platform stability and scalability.
• Proactively monitor system performance and stability; lead initiatives to address and resolve issues.
• Take ownership of critical incidents, coordinate investigations, and drive resolution.
• Ensure proper documentation, testing, and quality control for all enhancements and fixes.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Approximately 5 years of experience managing and enhancing SBI-based systems, supporting time‑critical EDI applications, and assisting with EDI partner setups.
• Strong expertise in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SBI), including transmission protocols, setup, log analysis, and hands‑on experience with version 6; knowledge of IBM ITX Mapper is a plus.
• Solid understanding of EDI communication protocols and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Proficient in Oracle SQL/PL‑SQL; experience with Oracle 19+ is an advantage.

Able to work in office from Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5.30pm
