Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an experienced IT Operations Coordinator to oversee vendor and maintenance teams, ensuring contractual, operational, and security standards are met.

You will monitor patching, vulnerability findings, license renewals, logs, EOS/EOL timelines, risk registers, access reviews, and change management activities while ensuring consistent reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT operations, infrastructure and system administration.
• Familiarity with patch management, vulnerability management, and access management.
• Understanding of IT service management, change management, SLAs, and operational governance.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in government, regulated environments, or large enterprise IT environments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee vendors' and maintenance teams' operations and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with contractual, operational, and security requirements.
• Monitor system patching activities, vulnerability assessment findings, and remediation progress.
• Track and coordinate licence, certificate, and subscription renewals.
• Review system and application logs to identify potential security or operational issues.
• Monitor End-of-Support (EOS) and End-of-Life (EOL) timelines and support system lifecycle planning.
• Support system risk assessments and maintain relevant risk and compliance registers.
• Manage user accounts, periodic access reviews, and account hygiene activities.
• Review monthly maintenance and performance reports against agreed SLAs, KPIs, and operational standards.
• Ensure the consistent use of standardised maintenance reports, templates, and documentation.
• Support change management activities, including the review, coordination, and tracking of Change Requests.
• Support system decommissioning activities, including data retention, documentation, and contract closure.
