We're Hiring: IT System/Business Analyst-Jira, Figma, Cloud, Testing!

We are looking for a skilled IT System/Business Analyst with expertise in Jira, Figma, cloud technologies, and testing to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical abilities and a proven track record of optimizing business processes through technology solutions.

What You'll Do:

• Understand and document business processes,workflow and user story.
• Perform checks under both functional andnon-functional scopes of testing.
• Review, develop and align test plan, testcases/data, scenarios and strategies, ensure adherence to qualitystandards;
• Perform manual and automated testing usingTricentis TOSCA or equivalent, including preparing test data whennecessary;
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts;
• Review, support and participate in functionalityand technical testing such as performance testing, security, interfaceintegration and usability testing;
• Review test reports and results of theAuthority’s appointed contractors for the Authority’s systems by:

• Understanding and reviewing source codes fromvendor(s) for deployment.
• Supporting and reviewing on-site acceptance andSystem Integration Testing (SIT); and
• Facilitating and supporting User Acceptance Test(UAT) and trainings for users.

• Collaborate and coordinate with systemstakeholders and Authority’s appointed contractors for testing
• Review test process and recommend improvement,which includes analysing test processes and methodologies, identify areafor improvement and recommend process optimisations and best practices.
• Manage test activities and ensure the plannedtest activities are completed as scheduled.
• Provide comprehensive operational and technicalsupport to the project team beyond testing activities; and
• Ensure that the deliveries of the project by theAuthority’s appointed contractors are compliant with relevant policies andguidelines and to identify and close any compliance gaps. This supportwork will constitute a significant role alongside testing responsibilities.
• Automated testing tools such as Tricentis TOSCAor equivalent; and ii. Testing for government public services
• Certified Software Testing Professional and/orCertified Software Quality Analyst will be an added advantage.
• Hands-on knowledge and experience in applicationsupport and maintenance for government public services are preferred.
• Strong analytical skills, meticulous attention todetails, good interpersonal skills such as tactfulness, good presentationand listening skills
