Responsibilities

• Document business processes, workflows and user stories.
• Perform checks across functional and non-functional testing scopes.
• Develop, review and align test plans, cases, data and strategies.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts.
• Support functional, performance, security, interface and usability testing.
• Review test reports and contractor results for compliance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and contractors for testing.
• Suggest process improvements to testing methods and best practices.
• Ensure on-time delivery of contracted testing work and compliance.
• Provide operational and technical support beyond testing.
