DOLE ASIA HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. seeks a versatile engineer to blend IT support with security operations and AI automation. You will resolve end-user issues, manage access and devices, and triage detections across a CrowdStrike/M365 stack.

The role splits 40% IT support, 30% cyber security, and 30% AI agent engineering. Based in Singapore, you’ll also provide remote IT support across regions and time zones, leveraging Power Platform and Copilot Studio.

Formación

• 3-5 years in a blended IT / security / automation role or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide IT support across endpoint, identity, and productivity issues to meet SLAs.
• Manage user lifecycle in Entra ID / M365 including MFA and access provisioning.
• Triage cyber security detections and lead incident response activities.
• Build automation and AI agent workflows using Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
• Develop and tune SOAR playbooks (e.g., Falcon Fusion) for automated detection and response.
• Work with cross-region teams to deliver remote IT support in multiple time zones.
