5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking an IT support specialist to maintain and support our office IT infrastructure across satellite sites islandwide. You will install and configure authorised software, antivirus, and set up new computer systems (servers, desktops, laptops, workstations).

Diagnose issues, ensure security updates, keep records for reporting, and communicate clearly with users. Fresh graduates with ITE/Diploma are welcome to apply.

Formación

• Basic desktop troubleshooting and maintenance of internal IT networks and servers.
• Independent with good communication skills.
• Self-motivated and committed.
• Keeping good records for reporting.
• Fresh graduates with ITE/Diploma are welcome.

Responsabilidades

Descripción del empleo

To support our office IT infrastructure, as well as satellite offices islandwide.

Provide computer systems and network support.

Install and configure authorised software, antivirus to computer systems.

Setting up and configure new computer systems (servers, desktops, laptops, workstations, etc.)

Ensuring security and updates are applied.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Reporting faults.

Job Requirements

Candidate must be familiar with basic desktop troubleshooting and general maintenance of our internal IT networks and servers.

Independent with good communication skills.

Must be self-motivated and committed.

Keeping good record for reporting.

ITE/ Diploma fresh grads are welcome to apply.
