Job summary

HONG YE GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Executive to handle application support, testing, and documentation.

You will act as the main contact for in-house applications, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with developers. The role involves Windows systems, basic networking, and IT assets, with collaboration across English and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. Travel to multiple project sites islandwide may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT or related field.
• 1–2 years in IT or application support.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in application support, testing, and documentation.
• Familiar with Windows, basic networking, and IT systems.
• Good communication; bilingual English and Mandarin.
• Able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for in-house application issues and user support.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis, and resolve issues; escalate when required.
• Monitor system performance and ensure applications run reliably.
• Support deployments, patches, and upgrades.
• Gather and document business and system requirements; perform testing (UAT, functional, integration).
• Provide day-to-day IT support (hardware, software, network issues).
• Set up and maintain IT equipment, systems, and user accounts; onboarding/offboarding.
• Create and maintain user guides and basic training.
