Job summary

New Life Tech Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an IT Intern with a strong interest in computers to gain hands-on experience.You will diagnose and test laptops, install Windows OS and drivers, upgrade components, and perform QC to ensure quality.

No prior experience is required as training will be provided; candidates should be enthusiastic, reliable, and eager to learn while developing practical skills in a supportive setting.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Responsible, punctual and willing to learn.
Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and test laptops
Install and configure Windows operating systems
Install drivers and software
Upgrade SSD and RAM
Perform laptop quality inspection (QC)
Configure BIOS settings
Clean and prepare laptops for customers
Package and dispatch customer orders
Update inventory records
Provide basic technical support
Maintain an organized workspace
