Job summary

ClassIn is seeking a proactive Technical Support Intern in Singapore to deploy our smart classroom ecosystem at local schools, training centers, and corporate clients.

You will assist in hardware delivery, on-site installation and configuration, and provide reliable after-sales support to ensure a seamless user experience. English proficiency is required; Mandarin is a plus, and eligible Student Pass holders are welcome.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, AV Technology, or Electrical Engineering.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking concepts.
• Hands-on ability to install hardware on-site.
• Good written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Eligible to undertake an internship in Singapore (Student Pass/approval).

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing inventory and local transportation of ClassIn hardware to client sites.
• Perform physical installation, mounting, cable management, and hardware assembly on-site.
• Configure software settings and diagnose system issues before handoff.
• Provide field support and assist with client inquiries about ClassIn hardware and software.
• Log service tickets and feedback for internal teams.

Job description

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Technical Support Intern to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will play a key part in deploying ClassIn’s smart classroom ecosystem across local educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients. You will be directly involved in hardware delivery, on-site installation and configuration, as well as providing reliable after-sales support to ensure a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilitie

• sAssist in organizing, inventory checking, and local transportation of ClassIn hardware products (e.g., Interactive Flat Panels, smart cameras, microphones, and peripheral devices) to client sites
• pPerform physical installation, mounting, cable management, and hardware assembly of smart classroom equipment
• .Configure software settings, operating systems (Windows/Android), network connections, and perform full system diagnostics before handoff
• gProvide technical assistance and field support for client inquiries regarding ClassIn hardware and integrated software
• .Diagnose hardware failure or network issues, perform on-site maintenance, repair, or unit replacements as needed

• nConduct basic product training for teachers, IT administrators, and staff on how to use ClassIn hardware effectively
• .Log all service tickets, issue reports, and feedback into the system to collaborate with internal engineering and product teams

• tsEducation: Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Audio-Visual (AV) Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical fiel
• d.Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer hardware, basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, LAN, routers), and operating systems (Windows, Android, macOS
• ).Hands-on Ability: Physically fit and comfortable handling, moving, and installing technical hardware and AV equipment on-sit
• e.Communication Skills: Good command of written and spoken English. Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage to communicate effectively with regional technical support and supply chain team
