We are seeking an IT Support Intern to join our team, providing essential technical assistance to users in the office, retail outlets and warehouse. You will gain hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, asset management, and Microsoft 365 licensing and user experience.

The internship offers full-time hours, mentorship, and exposure to diverse technical environments to help you develop practical IT skills and a foundation for a career in tech.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed ITE or Polytechnic in IT, CS, or related field.
• Foundational knowledge of computer systems, networking concepts and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in user-friendly terms.
• Customer service orientation with patience and professionalism when assisting users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced support environment.
• Willing to travel to retail outlets/ warehouse as required.
• A keen interest in technology and genuine enthusiasm for learning new systems and tools.

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line technical support to end users via telephone, email and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshooting and resolving common IT issues including hardware, software and connectivity problems.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining IT equipment and systems under supervision.
• Creating and maintaining documentation of IT issues, resolutions and user requests.
• Assisting with user account management and access rights administration.
• Supporting the rollout of IT projects and system updates.
• Learning and applying best practices in IT support and customer service.
• Provide IT support during Company events and other ad-hoc projects.

About the role

Key Responsibilities

• Providing first‑line technical support to end users via telephone, email and in‑person assistance
• Troubleshooting and resolving common IT issues including hardware, software and connectivity problems

Job Requirements

Internship Terms

• Working Arrangement: Full‑time internship
• Monthly Internship Allowance:
