Job summary

Henatenn Holdings Pte. Ltd. is seeking an IT Support Intern to assist users across our office, retail outlets and warehouse.

You will gain hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity, while learning asset management and Microsoft 365 license management. This paid internship offers exposure to real-world IT projects, documentation practice and collaboration with a friendly, fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed ITE or Polytechnic in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of computer systems, networking concepts and common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in user-friendly terms
• Customer service orientation with patience and professionalism when assisting users
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced support environment
• Willing to travel to retail outlets/ warehouse as required
• A keen interest in technology and genuine enthusiasm for learning new systems and tools

Responsibilities

• Providing first-line technical support to end users via telephone, email and in-person assistance
• Troubleshooting and resolving common IT issues including hardware, software and connectivity problems
• Installing, configuring and maintaining IT equipment and systems under supervision
• Creating and maintaining documentation of IT issues, resolutions and user requests
• Assisting with user account management and access rights administration
• Supporting the rollout of IT projects and system updates
• Learning and applying best practices in IT support and customer service
• Provide IT support during Company events and other ad-hoc projects
