Job summary

RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Tampines is seeking an IT Executive to support business applications and translate business needs into practical technology solutions. The role involves analysing requirements, helping IT projects and improving system processes.

You will perform data analysis with SQL and BI tools, handle IT incidents via ticketing systems (Freshworks is a plus), and support platforms such as SAC, Servigistics and Power BI. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Location: Tampines
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary: Up to $6,000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Support business applications, systems and IT-related projects to meet operational needs.
• Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand issues, identify solutions and improve system processes.
• Perform data analysis and reporting using SQL queries and relevant BI tools.
• Manage and follow up on IT incidents and service requests through ticketing systems.
• Support application platforms such as SAC, Servigistics and Power BI, with training provided where required.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for system support and issue resolution.
• Perform other IT-related duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Experience in IT application support, business analysis or a related IT function.
• Familiarity with SQL queries is required.
• Experience with at least one IT ticketing/service management system; Freshworks experience is an advantage.
• Exposure to SAC, Servigistics or Power BI is advantageous.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
