Job summary

RecruitPedia Pte Ltd is assisting a Singapore-based engineering client in finding an IT Executive to join their team in the East. The role focuses on hands-on IT support, hardware and software maintenance, and helping end users with day-to-day IT needs.

You will troubleshoot across devices and networks, manage service requests, and support warehouse IT equipment and warehouse systems. A diploma or degree in IT or CS is required; experience in IT support and WMS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in IT support, desktop support or technical support.
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network issues.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and application incidents and resolve issues.
• Set up and maintain computers and network devices, including Windows 11 workstations.
• Provide IT support and basic end-user training.
• Manage incidents, tasks and service requests per SLA.
• Coordinate hardware maintenance and renewal of services.
• Support IT during annual power outages and data-room emergencies.
• Support warehouse IT equipment such as handheld computers, scanners and printers.
• Assist with setup and support of warehouse systems and IT equipment.

Our client is in the Engineering Industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a IT Executive to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical troubleshooting, incident analysis, diagnosis and resolution for hardware, software, network and application issues
• Set up and maintain computers, network devices and software, including Windows 11 desktops and laptops
• Provide IT support and basic training to end users
• Manage incidents, tasks and service requests in accordance with agreed service level requirements
• Coordinate hardware maintenance and service renewals
• Provide IT support during annual building power outage and emergency support for data rooms
• Support warehouse IT equipment, including handheld/mobile computers, barcode scanners and printers
• Assist with the setup and support of warehouse systems and related IT equipment

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in IT support, desktop support or technical support
• Good troubleshooting skills across hardware, software and network issues
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage
