Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd invites a motivated IT support assistant to join our operations team in Singapore. You will assist in day-to-day IT operations, imaging PCs, software and hardware installation, and enforce security procedures.

You will help document IT systems and collaborate with other departments on projects. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in IT with at least one year of experience, basic hardware/software knowledge, and a willingness to learn automation and Python scripting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in IT with min 1 year of experience.
• Good knowledge of IT Operations supports.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Some experience in Automation, AI related task is a plus.
• Scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages, such as Python.

Responsibilities

• Supporting day-to-day IT operations support. E.g. PC Imaging, software, and hardware installation troubleshooting all issues, and ensuring security procedures are followed and enforced.
