Job summary

ALLIED SEARCH PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an IT Support Engineer to be the central IT contact, handling incidents and service requests across email, chat, phone and face-to-face support.

You will diagnose hardware and software issues on Windows and macOS, onboard/offboard users, manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID, supervise IT assets, and contribute to knowledge base documentation. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Singapore-based IT support contact, handling incidents and service requests within SLAs via email, chat, phone, or in person.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and printing issues on Windows and macOS.
• Onboard/offboard users by provisioning accounts, configuring laptops, and managing access to Salesforce and email.
• Oversee IT assets lifecycle, including laptops, monitors, peripherals and mobiles.
• Maintain internal knowledge base and promote self-service to improve support efficiency.
• Manage Microsoft 365 and Entra ID user accounts, password resets, MFA, and security groups.
• Perform Salesforce user administration and escalate advanced requests as needed.
• Provide support for meeting room tech and office network infrastructure.
• Monitor Azure and endpoint alerts; resolve routine issues and escalate complex incidents.
• Manage endpoint patching and software deployment to stay compliant with security baselines.
• Maintain records of IT assets, licences, and warranties for audits.
• Prepare audit evidence and user access reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Promote IT security best practices and coordinate with cybersecurity engineers.
