ADVENTUS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT Support specialist to provide on-site and remote assistance, diagnose and resolve technical issues, and deploy/maintain client systems including Windows OS, AD, and Office 365.

The role requires Intune configuration, patching, file server management, and a strong focus on user satisfaction. 2–3 years in a SI environment with solid communication skills is preferred.

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of relevant working experience, preferably from SI environment
• Strong problem solving skills and positive attitude
• Good coordination and communication skills with internal and external customers
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Excellent customer management skills
• Knowledge of ITSM or ITIL will be an added advantage
