CHONG FONG ENGINEERING PTE LTD is seeking a hands-on IT support specialist to maintain daily operations across Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, and network connectivity.

You will configure devices, manage licenses, and assist with automation using Power Automate and Python scripts, while keeping documentation up to date and supporting users with diverse technical needs.

Office-based role in Singapore, with occasional after-hours support for critical issues.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant IT support or system administration experience.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with computer hardware, troubleshooting and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and Wi-Fi).
• Basic knowledge of Python scripting and Microsoft Power Automate.
• Familiar with website hosting, DNS and SSL configuration.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and provide support to users with different technical needs.
