ST LUKE'S HOSPITAL is seeking an IT Help Desk professional to deliver end-user computing support across the hospital, respond to incidents promptly and assist with onboarding/offboarding and asset inventory.

You will provide level 1 support for Windows, M365, Active Directory, and endpoint applications, perform device maintenance, and ensure security policies are followed; join project teams as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum a Diploma in Computing, with at least 2 years of IT experience providing end-user computing support.

• Coordinate and deliver IT Help Desk services to SLH end-user community, ensuring prompt response and resolution of IT issues and requests
• Facilitate IT onboarding and offboarding of users
• Maintain the accuracy and quality of inventory of IT assets.
• Provide level 1 support for IT hardware and software used in the hospital.
• Carry out maintenance, health checks and refresh of end-user devices and applications
• Monitor and ensure end-user devices comply to SLH security policies and processes
• Provide administrative and support expertise in Microsoft Windows, M365, Active Directory, security patch management and other end-point applications.
• Ensure issues are escalated in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures
• Participate as a member in project teams
