Job summary

BLOOMFOSS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks an IT Support Executive to ensure smooth daily operation of IT systems and infrastructure. You will be the primary point of contact for internal users, delivering timely support and effective solutions to minimize downtime.

You will handle first-level IT support, hardware/software/network issues, user accounts, cybersecurity basics, and coordinate with vendors. Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 1–3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience.
• Familiar with hardware troubleshooting and basic cybersecurity.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues.
• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and email accounts.
• Manage user accounts, access rights, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Liaise with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Perform routine IT maintenance, system updates, and data backups.
• Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
• Provide on-site IT support to office and production users when needed.
• Assist with IT projects and system improvements as assigned.
