Job summary

BHAVYAM INFOTECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks a project leader to deliver IT supply chain implementations across Inventory Management, TMS, and WMS, coordinating with vendors and business users. You will manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure in a dynamic retail/logistics environment.

The role requires hands-on delivery, strong communication, and certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is a plus.

Job description

To lead and deliver technology projects across the supply chaing - Inventory Management, Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Hands-on implementation experience to run supply chain projects independently with minimal supervision. Strong experience managing IT supply chain projects, with demonstrated delivery in Inventory Management, TMS, and/or WMS

Manage end-to-end delivery of IT supply chain projects (Inventory Management, TMS, WMS) across the full project life cycle - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

Act as the functional lead, bridging business requirements from our retail and logistics teams with technical implementation partners

Strong functional understanding of supply chain and logistics processes

Participating in solution design, configuration, testing (UAT), and go-live/hypercare activities.

Drive project scope, timelines, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Understanding of retail industry practices and operations and Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Proven ability to manage projects independently with limited support

Coordinating cross-functional teams including vendors, business users, and internal IT.

Track and report project status, escalating issues as needed.

Experience in retail domain with PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certifications
