Kanry Search in Singapore is seeking an IT coordinator to schedule engineer site visits and coordinate service appointments with customers. You will help manage engineers' calendars, confirm details, and maintain accurate service records. A customer-focused mindset and strong organizational skills are essential.

This on-site role offers a Basic Salary up to SGD 2,800 per month, with a variable bonus and a 5-day workweek (Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM–6:30 PM) at the Kaki Bukit location near MRT.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate IT engineers' site visits based on customer requirements.
• Liaise with customers to arrange appointments and confirm service details.
• Manage engineers' schedules and follow up on job completion status.
• Prepare service documents and maintain accurate records.
• Provide administrative support to the IT service team.
