Job summary

CERTIS CISCO MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a hands-on IT systems support engineer to maintain CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, plus server and network infrastructure.

You will perform installation, testing, and commissioning of network devices, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and LAN incidents. The role requires 3–5 years of relevant experience, CCNA preferred, and willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering, IT, computer or network engineering or related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of IT systems support, maintenance and operations experience.
• Hands-on experience with networking, servers, workstations, virtualization, CCTV, access control, and physical security systems.
• CCNA preferred; security-related certifications advantageous.
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts including weekends and nights.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 technical support for IMACS systems including CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and backend IT infrastructure.
• Support installation, testing, commissioning and configuration of network devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and LAN incidents with root cause analysis and escalation.
• Respond to alerts and fault calls, performing initial troubleshooting within defined SLAs.
• Support ITSM processes and SLA commitments for maintenance activities.
• Monitor server/VM health in production and DR environments.
• Assist with implementation, migration, and system upgrades with planning and rollback procedures.
• Conduct FAT/SAT testing and ensure defects are rectified prior to acceptance.
• Coordinate site activities with Project Managers and stakeholders.
• Participate in incident, problem, change management processes.
• Ensure documentation, SOPs, and service reports are up to date.
• Support high availability by meeting uptime, resilience, and DR requirements.
