Job summary

TEKMEDIA SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Merchandiser to manage IT product displays and stock across multiple retail stores in Singapore.

You will ensure brand standards, support promotions, and provide market insights that drive sales and customer engagement. Responsibilities include maintaining displays, pricing, stock, visiting stores, monitoring stock levels, coordinating replenishment, and preparing reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT retail, merchandising, consumer electronics, or retail operations.
• Basic knowledge of laptops, PCs, printers and IT accessories.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with retail teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple locations independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel between stores.
• Positive attitude with problem-solving and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT product displays across assigned stores to ensure brand consistency.
• Ensure products are displayed, priced, stocked, and presented per brand guidelines.
• Visit stores regularly to verify visibility, stock, and display conditions.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment with teams.
• Keep promotional materials and price tags up to date at POS.
• Track competitor pricing and promotions to inform merchandising strategy.
• Build relationships with store managers and retail sales teams.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
• Support product launches, promotions, roadshows, and retail marketing activities.
• Prepare reports on stock status, merchandising effectiveness, and store observations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT product displays across assigned retail stores to ensure brand consistency
• Ensure products are displayed, priced, stocked, and presented according to brand guidelines
• Conduct regular store visits to verify product visibility, stock availability, and display conditions
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with teams to replenish inventory promptly
• Ensure promotional materials, price tags, and point-of-sale displays are accurate and current
• Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, product launches, and merchandising activities to inform strategy
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with store managers and retail sales teams
• Provide actionable feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
• Support new product launches, promotions, roadshows, and other retail marketing activities
• Prepare regular reports detailing stock status, merchandising effectiveness, and store observations
