You will manage the full lifecycle from planning to post-implementation support, coordinating business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and compliance. The role requires strong communication, leadership and risk management skills, with familiarity in Agile/Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT project management experience, preferably in banking/financial services.
• Proven track record delivering complex technology projects from initiation to closure.
• Familiar with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or hybrid delivery.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills.
• Exposure to Singapore financial services regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects, including planning, budgeting, resources, timelines and milestones.
• Collaborate with business users, IT teams, vendors and senior management to align objectives.
• Coordinate application development, infrastructure upgrades, cloud migration and system integration.
• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks and issues; maintain RAID logs.
• Prepare status reports, steering committee updates and budgets.
• Manage vendor deliverables and contractual obligations; oversee change management and post-implementation handover.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies as required by the project.
